Performance management and reporting

VECTRA International provides assistance in SR management of reporting or metrics. It is evolving to become a standard practice and in some cases is demanded by regulatory bodies. Recently, insurance companies and banks have joined the host of stakeholders requiring reporting on social and environmental impacts of the organization’s operations.

Identify and establish reporting requirements towards shareholders, to investors, government agencies and, more recently, to their stakeholders in civil society

Integrate requirements of international organizations, including the UN Global Compact, Ethical Trading Initiative and Socially Responsible Investors (SRI)
